A little bit of oil floating on the water near the rainforest (El Yungue) in Puerto Rico creates astounding beauty. Leaves change color as the evening’s sun begins to set creating a soothing tone. Even the sky and forest are reflected in the surface of the water (My Soul). We have an outward surface that we reflect to everyone around us, but at a deeper level of the soul….we as humans are awarded a connection to God. That connection echoes in the beauty of nature and the realities of oil and other impurities getting into our water supply.

It is up to us to save God’s fresh water supply from the ravages of chemicals and industrial waste. Thus we and our off spring can enjoy the beauty of nature for years to come.
