Immediately following a rain fall, a little puddle in the hollow of a rock brings to life the reflections of the late afternoon sky. Along the banks of the rainforest stream impatients bloom, as the life giving nutrients from the high mountains flow to the forest floor. Many times I find my mind flowing like water as I nurture my soul finding new understanding of who I am… and what I am all about. If we periodically stop for just a moment we can come to understand that we are not our thinking, that we are more than thoughts flowing by. This is what is meant by the words, “Be still and ye shall know MY name.”
