Hector was having
migraine headaches almost everyday for a year.
Here are his
comments after one session with Paul Haider.
Hi—Paul,
Thanks for all your help and info. I’m going to share everything
with my wife. I’m fixing my bicycle so I can start exercising. I
changed my diet; I’m having red meat only once a week, one cup
of coffee a day or none, I am eating salads and chicken. I am
waking up earlier and going to sleep around 10 PM. The results
are significant, I’ve only had one migraine in the last three
weeks and I’m feeling much better all day long. Now I feel I can
work on the rest of the schedule and ideas you suggested and get
rid of other bad habits.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP!

When I was suffering from severe back pain
connected with cancer many years ago, Paul Haider helped me learn to relax through the miracle of meditation. I have watched him grow as a person and as a health practitioner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is suffering from any malady relating to stress. I anticipate his daily email and always derive good from his writing and the works of other authors he features from time to time. I'm proud to call him friend.

I
began working with Paul Haider while grieving the death of my father.
I had developed a stress reaction to his loss, and was having daily migraine headaches - a vestige response to childhood traumas. Paul used a variety of techniques including counseling, guided visualizations, relaxation exercises and hypnotherapy to successfully guide me through this difficult time in my life. Paul facilitated deep internal changes and adjustments that allowed me to cope with a major life passage. At the appropriate time he gently released me, fully integrated into the next stage of my personal development. I am extremely grateful for the difference that Paul Haider's skills, knowledge and therapeutic abilities brought to my life. I stopped having the headaches and found meaning in my experience. Thanks Paul!

Paul you have helped me in so many ways.
After having diarrhea for 73 years I am now healed of that illness with your help. Learning to relax deeply, plus changing a few simple things in my diet have made a huge difference. I am much more positive about life; I sleep better and feel more at
ease. You have shown me how to balance my mind, body and spirit.
I have also learned it’s never too late to start.
Thank You So Much!

When
I feel like I'm ready to blow a fuse,
I
reach for help and your teachings are there to guide me.
It's
really simple, but change is sooooooo hard. Today you wrote
about
not
reacting in the "old way". Boy was this a wake up
call for
me.
Again,
Paul to the rescue.

Yesterday I was giving a seminar in California
when a man walked in that I had worked with a couple of years before. He had lost 35 lbs, his skin looked beautiful and his energy was alive and vibrant. Most of all there was a peacefulness about him that emanated from every pore. Such a change from when we had first started working together. He has a very stressful occupation with his own public relations firm. But now he has even opened his second office. He bought my book, thanked me for my “Stress Tip of the Day” we hugged and was on his way.
His life change had a lot to do with creating wholeness in his life.
Life is different now for this man…and from what I see there is no going back

Paul
I don't know about others, but I am quite aware of my exact
age,
and because of my blocked artery three years ago and subsequent angioplasties and then my realization that I was letting my body go to pot, I saw that my body was fast on the way to becoming even older--in fact, was becoming the right age to be put 6 feet under. So I decided to battle old age, go to the fitness studio and do weight training, walk vigorously for about half an hour every evening, and lose weight, and I now feel 42 or even 32 instead of 62. Every time I work out at the fitness studio or walk or play tennis or look into the mirror in the morning, I monitor how my body looks and feels, and I like what I see and feel compared to a year or two or three years ago. For me it's been a big key to improvement in both my physical and mental health. As you know, my mental health is a bit fragile and I can be subject to anxiety and disastrous ups and downs in my moods, but I find that, with your "strategically targeted" help last year, plus the pretty vigorous exercise program and weight loss effort I've undertaken this year, things are now far better for me overall and I don't feel anywhere near as old as I actually am. You really did help to put me on the right path, not only with your therapy, but also with your stress on the necessity for physical exercise (which I didn't immediately understand the importance of, for some reason--probably just plain laziness), and the difference between last year and this year for me has been something one could only describe as miraculous. Of course, every day I have to tell myself to make a conscious effort to continue the exercise and to control my moods and remember some of the things you told me last year ("people have their own agenda," "don't try to control what others do," "don't dwell on the past and try to live in the past," "try to find a way to work out your frustrations," etc.), or else I will slip back to the condition that I used to be in. I feel a little bit like a recovering alcoholic, smoker, or drug addict must feel. It's easy for me to fall back into the bad situation I was in, unless I make a conscious effort and tell myself not to do it. (For example, I found that I have to simply keep my refrigerator as empty as possible, or else I will literally eat everything in it within a couple of days. Therefore, I cannot buy packages of six doughnuts. In fact, I never buy doughnuts at all anymore. And the Halloween treats I buy for kids that come by--if they're not all given away, I tend to eat them all up in a couple of days and then gain 3 or 4 pounds. So I have to throw them away rather than keep them in the refrigerator. For me, as an eataholic, this sort of thing has proven to be the only solution.) Anyway, what I'm doing is constantly monitoring my body, like you say, and constantly working on my situation every day, and I'm getting good results--but I feel that, if I don't do it, somehow the Forces of Darkness will take over both my body and soul and I'll go to pot again.
