Benefits of Carrots for Inflammation I love them raw myself the raw is really good and it has a very low glycemic index when they’re raw only 16 that’s a wow amazing uh really good uh as far as even the gerson clinics you know when they have people who are little tiny babies who have problems with milk their mother’s milk even let them get their colostrum for you know a few nursings and then switch them to carrot juice and they do amazing and end up being very healthy adults later went down the wrong tube sorry also helps with the macular degeneration and the retinal detachment and that type of thing so really good you got to eat your carrots.
