The words love, forgiveness and compassion were something I never heard as a child and young adolescent growing up. It was like landing on the moon for me to hear these terms used for the first time later in life. Love was something that was expressed at Christmas time or on birthday cards. To experience first hand what love really meant shattered my world and changed me forever.
When exercising relaxed people move through their routine knowing that everything will be all great, they will feel good, and look good, instead of pushing themselves harder and harder. Being relaxed is a state of mind, and a state of body which arises out of this state of mind.
