“Organic Food is the Only Way”
There seems to be a huge myth going on around the world about cooking food getting rid of most toxic chemicals. The truth is cooking food does not get rid of most toxins such as pesticides, herbicides, and other toxic chemicals sprayed on our food. And there seems to be a lot of people who think that cooking food “does” get rid of these toxins, and that’s totally not true. These toxins are part of the whole fruit and veggies and most of them do not break down with boiling, baking, and cooking of any kind.
And these toxins are not just on the outside of our fruits and veggies, they run all the way through our food. So while peeling a fruit or veggie may get rid of a small amount of these toxins. The majority of these toxins will still be present in our food even after peeling. And the myth about cooking food to get rid of toxins seems prevalent in the US, South America, in Europe, in India, Asia, and all over the world.
And eating only cooked food all the time destroys 100% of all the live enzymes in our food. And those important live enzymes are vital for keeping away disease and especially cancer. So eating at least 80% to 90% raw food is extremely important for great health. And eating green leafy live veggies is one of the keys to keeping away disease in general. And the only way to really have healthy vital great tasting food is to eat organic food. Organic food is not sprayed with toxic pesticides, herbicides, and organic food does not contain chemical fertilizers. Thus we have pristine beautiful live food which will do the body good.
And if a person lives in a place in the world that has lots of fruits and veggies but they are contaminated with bacteria. There is a simple way to get rid of that bacteria on the outside of these fruits and veggies and still maintain all the live enzymes in the food. Just take 8 drops of regular bleach and add those drops of bleach to one gallon of water and let the water sit for one hour. That will kill all the bacteria in the water. Then soak the fruits and veggies for at least 10 minutes in this bleach water. Of course a little bit of bleach is not the best thing to be consuming either, but it’s much better than getting sick from some type of bacterial infection. But the best way to stay healthy in general is to eat healthy, vital, wonderful, organic food. In general organic food is the only way to go, because organic food is grown in a very healthy way in accordance with nature.
And if a person google’s “order organic veggies direct from farmer” or something similar to that, and a lot of great organic farms who deliver right to a persons door will come up. And their food is less expensive than regular food in the super market. We get a $40 box of food every week and it’s more than what my wife and I can eat in a week—Wonderful. And they send an email weekly so we can choose what we want in our box of fruits and veggies. Or go to organic markets in the area and also farmers markets to buy organic fruits and veggies. And because organic farmers usually sell their great fruits and veggies at farmers markets, a person can then talk to their local organic farmers in person about ordering organic food directly from their bountiful gardens.
