“Anti-Cancer, Full of Antioxidants, Anti-inflammatory, Lowers Cholesterol, Helps to Promote the Growth of Probiotics, Lowers Blood Pressure, Helps to Lower Blood Sugar and More”
Here is a wonderful Holiday Dessert that everyone will love. Full of great nutrients that help to keep a person healthy and prevent cancer, full of antioxidants, it’s anti-inflammatory, lowers cholesterol and blood pressure, and so much more. And this recipe is so simple… and that is important during the holidays when you are super busy. And this recipe can be enjoyed any time of the year.
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe
3 – Cups of Organic Oatmeal Flour
2 – Cups of Organic Corn Flour or Masa
1/2 – Cup of Organic Tapioca Flour
1 – Tablespoon of Organic Ground Cinnamon
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Soda
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Powder
1 – Teaspoon of Organic Now Brand Stevia Powder – If you use another brand your amount might be more or less.
1/2 – Teaspoon of Salt
Enough Filtered Water to Make a Thick Batter
A Little Bit of Organic Honey to Pour on the Top after Baking
A Little Extra Organic Ground Cinnamon to Place on Top
5 – Ripe Organic Pears – Chopped
2 – Cups of Whole Organic Cranberries
2 – Cups of Organic Pumpkin – Finely Chopped
2 – Tablespoons of Organic Ground Cinnamon
Mix all the filling together well. Place all the filling ingredients in a 9 x 16-inch Deep Baking Pan. Then mix the batter together to make a thick batter and pour on top. Sprinkle on a little bit of the ground cinnamon on top and place covered in a 400-Degree Oven for 1 Hour or until the sides of the dessert start to bubble and it starts to brown on top… it could be longer.
The pears give this dessert a rich sweet flavor and make a thick sauce at the bottom of the pan.
Remove from the oven and pour on a bit of organic honey all over the top of the dessert for a little extra sweetness.
Let cool completely and serve
Serves 15 people
