First it’s important to have a healthy anti-inflammatory diet. That means giving up a few things that cause inflammation… including animal protein. There are many studies showing that animal protein causes inflammation which leads to clogged arteries, cancer, and many other diseases. The following diet contains lots of healing green leafy veggies which are wonderful for controlling inflammation. Also green leafy veggie juices which alkalize the body keeping away inflammation.
Eat Organic food because regular foods contains herbicides, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers which cause inflammation and disease. And contracting directly with a organic farmer in the area who delivers can be very inexpensive. Even less expensive that regular chemical laden food in supermarkets.
All GMO Foods are highly inflammatory, they cause cancer and other diseases. Lots of studies show that GMO food is toxic. Even studies with mice, rats, and even sheep and pigs all show that GMO foods cause cancer and lots of inflammation especially of the GI tract. And our pancreas is part of the GI tract as a gland that produces enzymes for the GI tract. So please stay away from GMO Food.
Drink 4 – 8 oz glasses of organic green alkalizing juice daily – kale, cabbage, cucumbers, swiss chard, Also add a few carrots, turnip greens, beet greens, and any other kind of green leafy veggie that can be found. Alkalizing keeps inflammation away. Also include organic carrots, carrots are amazingly healthy and contain powerful healing nutrients that are similar to mothers milk. In fact many a child who could not drink milk has been raised on carrot juice… and they thrived.
Take 3,000 mgs of Chlorella per day, Chlorella can be purchased as 1,000 mg tablets. Chlorella is a green algae that has over 60 different nutrients in it, and it will do the body good – Powerful! Chlorella provides every essential and none essential protein that we need and everything else.
Also the following items which cause inflammation should be removed from life in general diet. This includes meat, chicken, fish, seafood, eggs, cheese, milk, added oils, canned foods, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, soda, sugar, and artificial anything, no chemicals of any kind, and if you don’t know what it is… don’t eat it. Also no alcohol please this is not good for the pancreas, and no highly spiced food, and use very little salt, no fast food, no processed food, if in doubt don’t eat it, remember chemicals are not good for the body in general. Also no wheat, no bread, no pastries, no barley, no spelt, or rye – all of these are highly inflammatory.
Have one cup of cooked organic brown rice, quinoa, and or organic beans daily, but eat raw foods most of the day. Raw foods are healing and they are much more alkalizing than cooked food. And the body sees all cooked food as an invader sending out antibodies and white blood cells to attack the invader. Plus 100% of all the live enzymes disappear in cooked food and live enzymes are vitally important for healing pancreatitis. Eat at least 90% raw food… this is absolutely important!
Have a breakfast of a 1/2 cup of organic cooked cereal in the morning with 2 cups of fresh organic fruit with some kind of unsweetened organic nut milk.
Have raw veggies snacks during the day, such as carrot sticks, celery, even butternut squash, bell peppers, and red beets cut into sticks. Have one cup of these and other veggies as a snack 4 or 5 times a day.
For lunch have a large salad with lots of organic veggies, with a little bit of vegan salad dressing… go light on the dressing.
For dinner have a hot meal and enjoy yourself. Make a nice veggie soup, or any number of vegan recipes that can be found on-line.
Drink lots of alkalized water, their are lots of alkalizing water machines on the market for sale. But by just adding some cucumber slices to water and letting it sit for an hour or two in the frig the water becomes very alkaline… and it’s much less inexpensive.
Eat a two inch piece of fresh aloe vera stem three times a day. The aloe vera must be fresh because when it’s fresh it’s very alkaline. So cut off a two inch piece, remove the skin and eat it, some people add some honey to make it palatable. Some also aloe vera in a pot on their patio, or in their yard… it’s easy to grow, and aloe plants an be found at most nurseries.
Take Turmeric capsules, they usually come in 500 or 600 mg capsules. Take 4 capsules daily… turmeric is a spice and can be taken for long periods of time. Also take licorice root, licorice root usually comes in 400 or 500 mg capsules. Take 2 capsules every day for 7 days… and make sure it’s no more than 7 days. Then take Boswellia powder, Boswellia usually comes as 250 mg capsules and it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory. Take 4 capsules of Boswellia for 7 days. Then take a break from Boswellia for a week and then resume taking Boswellia again if needed.
Take Ashitaba or Angelica keiskei and also called “Tomorrow’s Leaf” is a powerful herbal remedy that’s well known in Asia. It has been used for slowing the aging process and has more antioxidants than green tea and red wine. Making it a super healing agent for any kind of disease. With more nutrients than broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, celery, and cucumbers… Ashitaba is a powerful healing agent.
Most people eat 6 or 7 raw Ashitaba leaves a daily, or the plant can be juiced or made into tea or used in cooking, or 4 or 5 capsules of the dried herb can also can be taken daily. And all these herbs can be found for sale on-line by googling “Buy______ Herb”.
Also eat one or two cloves of fresh organic garlic daily… garlic is great for the immune system. Take the outer peeling off, cut it up, and swallow it down with a little bit of water or honey.
Also learn to meditate because we now know that meditation turns on good genes and turns off bad genes… this is science. Meditation also helps to ease away stress and stress can leads to inflammation… so learning to meditate is important.
Also get lots of rest, the body needs rest to heal, thus go to bed at 10PM and get up around 6AM is great for the body.

From a spiritual point of view start saying the name of God. Silently saying a personal name of God over and over again thousands of times daily. Say something like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, or something else, using a name other than just the word God. The name of God is powerful… and it needs to be said for at least 6 months.
