Tendonitis is the inflammation of the connective tissue that connect muscle to bone, and tendons are much less vascular than muscle so they tend to heal a bit slower, but herbs and other natural remedies can help.

Stay away from wheat, soda, alcohol, fast food, processed food, artificial colors, unnecessary antibiotics, flavorings, preservatives, food additives and especially nitrates, nitrates are known for causing inflammation, and salt, because salt is a major cause of inflammation.
