“Some people have hard waxy buildup in there ears that causes hearing loss, pain, and might even lead to infection, ringing ears, itching and more. But there’s a simple, safe, and inexpensive way to clean ears of waxy buildup without medical intervention and expense.”
Process 1 – Warm soapy water and a bulb syringe or a dose syringe. Take some warm soapy water and pull up that water into a dose syringe or a bulb syringe… and flush the ear canal (not too hard, be gentle but forceful). Do this as many times as needed to flush away waxy buildup.
If that does not work try…
Process 2 – Take warm oil, (not too hot, just warm) and put a few drops of this warm oil (perhaps olive oil or coconut oil) into the ear canal with a eye dropper. Lay down for 15 minutes with the ear with the oil in it facing up, and let the oil loosen up the hard wax. Now flush with warm water, or warm soapy water until all the wax is removed.
If that does not work try…
Process 3 – Take equal amounts of 3 % hydrogen peroxide and water and place that in the ear canal with a eye dropper. Lay down and allow this solution stay in the ear for 15 minutes. There will be a bubbling sensation as the peroxide breaks down the wax… then flush with warm water or warm soapy to remove the wax.
If this process does not work, repeat one or all three of these steps.
Make sure to remove the water from your ears as well as possible, water can also cause problems too if not removed.
For some people cleaning ear wax should be done on a regular basis… perhaps monthly or at least every 3 months. Ear wax is good because it protect the ears, but don’t allow it to build up so much that it causes hearing problems.
If there’s still wax remaining make an appointment with your doctor to have him remove the wax. Some people have wax so impacted that medical attention is needed.
Do not remove ear wax if you have long standing ear problems, diabetes, or autoimmune challenges… make sure your doctor knows what’s going on and he will inform you as to what to do.
Ear wax is not wax at all, but a special secretion from cells and dead cells that lubricate the ear canal to protect it from bacterial infections, dust, and other invading foreign objects.
Remember never put anything small into your ears such as cotton swabs and other objects that might potentially puncture your ear drum.
