Here is a super simple recipe for making green tomato pickles which has been past from one generation to the next. And how to grow good probiotic bacteria in those pickles for great gut health. And this recipe can be used for lots of other types of pickles too. The pickles are ready to eat in a week… and will keep for 2 or 3 weeks… but they won’t last that long.
