“Remember— Do Not Open Your Kundalini Energy Too Soon”
Yesterday, I had one of the people I mentor call me. He had ended up in the emergency room, but the doctor told him he was as strong as a bull from being on my diet and all his lab work looked great. He was having a powerful Kundalini Experience. This can happen spontaneously… and this can happen if a person is trying to open their Kundalini Energy on purpose.
He was confused, full of questions, feeling light-headed, and feeling like he wanted to faint. And I have seen this many times before, but this was a spontaneous opening. When we aspire to move our Kundalini Energy up our spine and around our body, open up our first chakra and allowing the kundalini energy to move up through all the chakras… this can be a powerful experience. And if we are not ready it can cause all kinds of physical and mental challenges.
Opening This Energy Too Fast is No Fun… One Should Use Caution
Opening our Kundalini Energy way too fast can cause pain, physical ailments of all kinds and most of all even short-term mental illness. And some people can end up with long-term mental challenges. Do this with caution… it’s not for those who are not ready.
Being Open is Great
Don’t get me wrong opening our Kundalini energy is great. To awaken the spirit of the Kundalini Energy within it’s important to understand the spiritual process of breathing and visualization which helps to empower the kundalini energy up the spine. This visualization can brighten a person’s mood, create health, balance hormones and much more… here is a simple opening process below.
How to Open Your Kundalini Your Energy
But remember, take this process slowly, if you are not ready, feel ill, have pain, or anything else, stop, don’t go any further, and go back to this process when you are ready. Pushing too hard could be hazardous, your energy will open when it is ready. And sometimes people have their Kundalini Energy open spontaneously without even trying… and that too can be problematic if they are not ready.
Take a deep breath and visualize a large volume of energy resting at the base of the spine. This kundalini or spiritual energy is dormant in most people and needs to be awakened to bring about enlightenment. Breathing in with your nostrils see yellow or golden light moving in and see it go down to the base of your spine of the anal area. And then breath out and see white light move from the base of your spine up to the area of the gonads (uterus or testes) which create hormonal secretions. Do this visualization and breathing process 5 or 6 times. This chakra is the creativity chakra which is important for the creation of life and for the creation of art, peace, and a sense of oneness.
Now breath in the yellow light and see it move down the front of your body and go to the base of the spine. And then breath out and see white light move from the base of your spine up to the mid-abdomen or the area of your pancreas and our intestines which also create secretions. All the chakras also correspond to areas of the body that create hormones and secretions in the body. Do this visualization and breathing process 5 or 6 times to enliven this area. This chakra is the power chakra what helps to animate the body and create the bold force to move forward in life with self-confidence and drive.
Next breath in the yellow light and see it move down the front of your torso and go into the base of your spine where the kundalini light is being stored. And then breath out and white light and see the white light or kundalini light move up the spine to the heart chakra which also secretes hormones. This is the love chakra which is vital for spreading love throughout the cosmos. The heart actually creates hormones of its own for bodily function, and this chakra is also connected to the thymus gland which is connected to our immune system.
Breath in the yellow light and see it move down the front of your body to the base of your spine. And then breath out white light or kundalini light and see it move from the base of your spine to the throat chakra or thyroid gland. This chakra is dedicated to the expression oneself and to motivating and getting the bodies metabolism working correctly. This chakra is very important if we are to go forward in life and express ourselves.
Now breath in the yellow light and see it slip silently to the base of the spine, and then breath out and see the white kundalini light move up the spine to the third eye chakra or pituitary gland area. This is the master gland in the body that helps to take care of the function of all the rest of the organs and bodily systems. And it also allows us to see possibilities for the future.
And lastly breath in the yellow light and then breath out the white kundalini light up the spine to the pineal gland or wisdom chakra which is vital for becoming free of the bonds of this material plane. There the great white light burst forth upward from the top of our head to higher to chakras that exist above our head. This will take time, there are 30 to 40 higher chakras beyond the wisdom chakra. And some believe there is an infinite number of higher chakras which illuminate our being, thus allowing us to fly free from the shackles of this mortal body.
Sitting and doing this exercise daily will invigorate the body, brighten a person’s mood, balance hormones, plus it will give a boost to a person’s metabolism… and eventually, the kundalini energy will awaken great enlightenment.
Remember to take this process very slow… you are ready… when you are ready.
