“Gluten Free with Great Nutrition”
Here is a great tasting vegan salad that’s full of wonderful nutrition. With the superfood nutrients of kale this salad will give a person lots of energy and boost up their immune system and help with weight loss. And this salad is very easy to make and holds well in the frig so it can be made ahead of time for a dinner party.
1 1/2 – Pounds of Organic Gluten Free Penne Pasta – Cooked
4 – Cups of Organic Cherry Tomatoes – Cut in Half
3 – Cups of Organic Kale – Chopped
1/2 – Cup of Organic Capers
1/2 – Cup of Organic Low Fat Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Salt and Pepper to Taste
(Optional) If you like it spicy add a dash of hot pepper sauce
Cook the pasta and allow it to cool, then add the cherry tomatoes which are cut in half, add the chopped kale and the capers, plus the dressing and toss well.
— That’s It!
And this salad can be served cold or it can be heated up a bit and served warm.
Serves 12 people or 6 really hungry guys.
