Some people have stretch marks from pregnancy, others have stretch marks after losing lots of weight, and still others from diseases and other health challenges. But here is a great do it yourself stretch mark formula for getting rid of those unsightly stretch marks.
1 – Cup of Organic Mashed Papaya
1 – Oz of Organic Neem Oil
1 – Oz of Organic Coconut Oil
1 – Oz of Fresh Organic Potato Juice
1/2 – Oz of Organic Caster Oil
1/2 – Oz of Mongongo Oil
1/2 – Oz of Tamanu Oil
2000 – Milligrams of Ground Turmeric – this usually comes in capsules
Mix all of this together in a blender and add some water if need be to make a nice thick paste. Then place in glass or plastic jar and keep in the frig… it will keep for 7 to 10 days. Rub the paste on daily and allow it to stay in place for 30 to 60 minutes or longer, then wash off. Do this for at least 7 days or as long as needed and your stretch marks will start to fade away.
The Healing Power of Mongongo Oil
Mongongo Oils comes from the Manketti tree in Angola, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and other areas of Africa. The tree produces a red fruit that is wonderful tasting (elephants love them), and a nut that’s used for making Mongongo oil. Mongongo nuts are highly valued because the Manketti tree is hard to find, thus the high price of the oil. Also the raw nut tastes a little bit like cashews and the roasted nut has a cheese like flavor. Mongongo Oil is very different from many of the other botanical oils on the market such as avocado oil, almond, coconut, and jojoba oil, and it’s mostly polyunsaturated fatty acids. It also contains lots of Vitamin E, Omega 6 oils, copper, zinc, B vitamins, calcium, iron, linoleic acid, and magnesium.
The oil is very stable, so it never goes rancid like other oils. It can be used for cooking, but it’s most often used for cosmetics and hair products. The polyunsaturated oil gives hair a healthy vibrant look because it soaks into the outer layer of the hair protecting it from sun and blow drying. In fact Mongongo Oil is a natural sun block that works well for both skin and hair. And hair hold a style for long a time with this oil, and it also nourishes damaged hair at the same time.
Plus Mongongo Oil nourishes skin and rejuvenates damaged skin, and for centuries Mongongo oil has been used for treating dry cracked skin. You can order Mongongo Oil cosmetics, soaps, and nuts on-line or from your local health food store.
The Healing Power of Tamanu Oil
Tamanu Oil comes from the South Pacific Island of Vanuatu and it’s costly to make, it takes about 100 Kilos of nuts to make about 5 Kilos of oil. Tamanu Oil rejuvenates skin cells and it increases skin healing… and the formation of new tissue, and some believe it’s the best anti-aging herbal remedy ever. Tamanu Oil works great for acne, sunburns, dry skin, age spots, blisters, acne scars, insect bites, stings, scrapes, burns, cuts, sunburn, athlete’s foot, and herpes sores.
Tamanu Oil helps with sciatica, diaper rash, and even arthritic pain… and even nerve pain. And it works great as a natural deodorant for under the arms and for the feet.
Tamanu contains a natural antibiotic and also a great anti-inflammatory agent called calophllolide. And Tamanu Oil also works great for dogs and horses… so if you have an animal with skin problems or arthritis then you might want to use Tamanu Oil.
The Healing Power of Neem Oil
Neem oil is a powerful antioxidant that helps to fight free radicals and thus slows the aging process and wrinkles. It brings back youthful skin and elasticity. It also contains lots of great vitamins and fatty acids that help your skin stay young.
Neem oil is fantastic for eczema and psoriasis because it contains nimbidin which is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent… helping with redness, swelling, and a good antiseptic agent too. Neem oil also helps with painful skin as an analgesic.
Neem oil has more antioxidant power than blueberries, broccoli, plums, cranberries, tomatoes, spinach, and grapefruit. Add either coconut oil, almond oil, or sesame oil to neem oil, and use it as a shampoo for soft lustrous hair.
Neem oil is a great antiseptic and thus is used for wound healing and also in mouthwash, toothpaste, and other healing products. Neem oil kills bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and makes a good household cleaning product. Use 30 mils of neem oil in 1 gallon of water as a spray for cleaning. Neem oil is widely used in cosmetics for healing and rejuvenating skin. Neem oil can be found in soaps, shampoos, ointments, creams, and lots of other types of products.
This wonderful stretch mark relief formula really works— Enjoy!
