- Music – Today take the time to play some relaxing music playing in the background. Music increases feelings of contentment and also boosts serotonin levels in the brain… thus you feel at “peace”.
- What Others Say – Today when someone says something discouraging, tell yourself – “They mean well, but your inner source is full of peace”… Don’t let what others say control your inner “peace”.
- Bring Peace to Others – In your community start teaching “peace” to others, there’s no better way to have peace than to teach “peace”, and if you really want to know what peace is all about – TEACH PEACE.
- Live In the Here-and-Now – Today take each moment as it comes… and remember that each moment can be filled with peace. Let go of future thinking… and thinking about the past, just “BE” right now in this very moment… in this moment there is nothing but “peace”.
- Embrace Your Path – No matter what your spiritual path… it’s the right path for you. All the great teachers and avatars have talked about creating inner peace. Take the time to do your daily practice of prayer, meditation, chanting, and silence to find your Divine connection of “peace”.
- Keep Your Dreams Alive – Never give up on your dreams, dreaming about possibilities brings a smile to your face… and gives you hope. Don’t let anyone tear down your dreams, they’re your dreams and all things are possible, remember everything starts with a dream… and keeping those dreams alive brings inner “peace”.
- Live in Harmony – Today live in harmony with nature and your body. If you feel like taking a nap, then take a nap, if you feel like walking them walk. Also doing what’s right for the planet makes everyone feel at “peace”… and thus you feel like you are making a difference and that brings inner “peace”.
- Live Simply – Lots of people think they need more and more material things… but those with the greatest amount of “peace” have learned to live with less. All the great avatars and teachers over the ages lived with very little… live a simple life filled with “peace”.
- Forgive – There is no greater way to have inner “peace” than to forgive. Anger and rage bring lots of suffering, perhaps it’s time to forgive someone and let go of all the suffering… and find inner “peace”.
- Do What You Love – It seems cliche to say “do what you love”, but over the last 60 years I have found that those with the greatest amount of inner “peace” are those who love what they do every day. They have little in the way of material things… but their life is full of excitement, interesting people, and they love life… and they have lots of inner “peace”.
