A man said – “I have been alone for years and I am depressed.”
I replied to this man:
I hear what you are saying about being depressed, I was depressed for years until I started doing meditation – twice a day for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening – it changed my life.
Also I found there’s a greater plan with God, the Universe and the Tao. I don’t have any children and that’s because I am supposed to spread the word and help people… perhaps you have a message that’s to go out to the world and help people. Everyone I meet are part of my family… they can be your family too!
You are the keeper of your mind, you can decide what thoughts to bring into your mind and what to let go of… it’s very important that you become diligent in controlling your mind as talked about by Buddha.
If you find a woman for you to share your life with… that’s great!
If not then that’s great too!
You can be happy by yourself… you have to decide to be happy no matter what’s going on.
Remember – it’s “Thy Will Be Done” not “My Will Be Done”
You can have friends any where you go… you just have to make friends.
You can’t be a wall flower any more… you have to be out going and make the first move to create friends.
Everyone is waiting for someone to call. But you know what… I call everyone and they love it!
Make new friends, break free of your old habits and become a new you… you can do it.
You have to become a new outgoing person that everyone loves… being quiet and shrinking into the background will never get you what YOU want.
Studies show that people who are introverted are not happy. And studies show that people who are extroverted are very happy.
And when you take an introverted person and ask them to be extroverted for a week – they become happy. And when you take an extroverted person and ask them to be introverted for a week – they become depressed.
So break free my friend and start having fun.
It’s your life and you can be happy if you decide to be happy.
But it takes will power and the determination to decide to be happy.
Most of all stop thinking of yourself and start helping others… it’s the most important thing of all… help and love others… and the depression will disappear.
Remember it’s God, the Tao, and the Universe working through you… do what you know in your heart is best for everyone!
