This is because our digestive system is very sensitive…
and needs to be centered on God while we eat.
To meditate for 30 seconds before eating…
and then remaining in silence while eating…
creates a good environment for the soul so we can digest our food.
Crying, emotional talk, anger, anxiety, and other emotions
during meals causes our digestive system to churn.
It’s important to teach our children to eat in silence
and when our meal is finished there is be plenty of time to talk.
