Meditation is important, either TM meditation – go to www.tm.org and find a TM teacher near you. TM Meditation is powerful and they are also using TM Meditation for those coming back from war, it’s about the only thing that works for those suffering from PSTD.
And or take a FREE – 10 Day Vipassana Meditation Retreat, also the food and lodging is FREE.
During this retreat about the 4th of 5th day there will be a powerful breath through that will change life forever. And these retreats are put on by people who have taken the retreats themselves and know how powerful they can be… and these retreats are given all over the world.
Also start chanting a personal name of God, at least 500 times a day. – Like “Jesus, Buddha, Rama, Allah, Sai Baba” or something else. The name “God” is too generic the name you choose has to be something more personal… also the chanting can be done out loud or silently in the mind. Or a person can chant the name “Scree Gurudev Datta” which is a healing part of God.

And anytime the mind is not busy doing work chant the name of God… over and over again.

Also to do at least 20 minutes of prayer every morning.
And exercise is also important, see the information about exercise in the diet. Walking 5 miles everyday is a wonderful exercise… it’s great for the mind, body, and spirit.
Go out and give service to others and thus do God’s work.
Together all of this brings about peace and heals the mind, body, and spirit of stress.
