First we can let our anger out in a positive way like sports.
Second we can say the name of God… over and over again.
Third we can go inward and meditate on peace.
Fourth we can see the other person as a small child and forgive him or her.
Fifth we can forgive ourselves for getting anger.
And lastly we can live in the moment letting go of the past.
