If you’re ever in the mood for nachos… this quick and easy recipe is wonderful tasting and healthy.
And it will take care of your nacho cravings.
1 – 1/2 pound bag of Organic Non-GMO Blue Corn Baked Chips
1 – 10 ozs of Mexican Seasoned Organic Vegetable Protein – You can find this at your health food store.
1 – Small Package of Vegan Cheese – Shredded – Make sure it does not contain any Casein — Casein is an animal product and it is toxic.
2 – Cups of Chopped Organic Lettuce
1 – Large Ripe Organic Tomato – Chopped.
1 – 10 oz of Organic Black Olives Chopped.
On a cookie sheet or pizza pan pour out the chips into a nice pile.
Now add the Mexican Seasoned Veggie Protein, then mound on the Almond Cheese.
Pop the whole thing in the oven set at 400 degrees just long enough to melt the cheese.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly and add your lettuce, tomato, and black olives.
And if you like it spicy add some organic taco sauce on top.
There you go, low fat, vegan, whole food, plant based nacho’s!
