Having your hair fall out can be caused by many different factors, here are a just few that are very common… and what you can do about it.
One of the first things that comes to mind is stress, you can lose all your hair if you have stress going on. And it may not even be noticeable stress… I’ve seen people have all their hair fall out because of stress. Meditation is the best way to calm the mind and find peace in a stressful world. Meditation has nothing to do with religion at all. I have been recommending mediation for over 25 years and even Dr. Oz and Oprah recommend it now… given time it will change your life.
Toxicity can also cause your hair to fall out and I would recommend my Whole Foods/Plant Based Diet and Lifestyle. We live in a toxic world with all kinds of toxins in the air, water, from plastics, heavy metals, from our clothing, meats, eggs, everything we eat… we can’t get away from it. And our hair is one of the fastest growing areas of our body… and a good cleansing diet will do your hair good.
I would recommend doing a body temperature coffee enema, it’s the best way to detox. Even Dr. Gerson of the well known Gerson Clinics would recommend coffee enemas. I use them myself… they really work, I recommend giving yourself a coffee enema once a month.
Also you might be missing something in your diet, I recommend taking 3,000 mgs of Chlorella, an algae that contains over 60 different needed compounds for your body including essential and none essential proteins which are also important… just about every health food store carries Chlorella.
Also depression and sadness can cause your hair to fall out and this is very common. If you have been having a lot of emotional challenges…. and this has been going on for a while you hair can fall out, sometimes in clumps and other times a little at a time. Again I recommend doing meditation 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes first thing after you get home from work… perhaps at 5 or 6 PM. Also doing some talk therapy with someone is important, or just talking it all out with a friend on a regular basis can also help.
